“Over the years, I have come to realize that the greatest trap in our life is not success, popularity, or power, but self-rejection. Success, popularity, and power can indeed present a great temptation, but their seductive quality often comes from the way they are part of the much larger temptation to self-rejection. When we have come to believe in the voices that call us worthless and unlovable, then success, popularity, and power are easily perceived as attractive solutions. The real trap, however, is self-rejection. As soon as someone accuses me or criticizes me, as soon as I am rejected, left alone, or abandoned, I find myself thinking, “Well, that proves once again that I am a nobody.” … [My dark side says,] I am no good… I deserve to be pushed aside, forgotten, rejected, and abandoned. Self-rejection is the greatest enemy of the spiritual life because it contradicts the sacred voice that calls us the “Beloved.” Being the Beloved constitutes the core truth of our existence.” – Henri J.M. Nouwen
“A smile is a curve that sets everything straight.” Phyllis Diller
“TIME is not artificial but it has many dimensions. What is artificial is your measurement of it. Time itself is a reality. It exists. Space exists. But your measurements are not accurate because you view time and space from a limited focus. When you have the knowledge of other factors, then the focus becomes more in line with the truth.” – The Silver Birch Book Of Questions & Answers
“Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes memory.” – Dr. Seuss
“We have been talking about the differences between the emotional bodies of awakened beings versus awakening beings. There are marked differences. (Very few fully awakened beings are on Earth at this time. When people claim they are fully awakened, the opposite is usually true.) All of humanity is experiencing the awakening process right now in different ways. When you are in that awakening process, it can feel as if the darkest time has come.
Many typical metaphors apply here. Let’s use the caterpillar and the butterfly. The caterpillar goes into a cocoon and experiences a metamorphosis, and then it emerges as a butterfly. If that caterpillar were conscious and observing the process, what would it think? What kind of stories would it make? It might say, “My body is changing. What is happening? Someone must be doing something to me.”
It might say, “The thickness of my skin is dissolving, and these wing-like things are forming. How will I protect myself in this new body?” This metaphor is very appropriate because of what you experience as you awaken: dissolution.
You are experiencing the dissolution of the crust that humans have worn for millennia and that has obscured your vision. This means you are more sensitive. You see this manifest in two ways. Some of you are supersensitive to the world but unconscious during this process. You often create stories of victimization that stop you from looking within and working with your pain. Some are sensitive but aware of the process of awakening. You use the experience to help you navigate through your pain and thus transform it.” – The Galactic Federation Of Light Email Article
“Yes, our spirit animals often change throughout the span of a lifetime.
However, most of us also carry one central spirit animal with us throughout our lives that doesn’t change.
In other words, there are both transitional and long-term spirit animals.
While transitional spirit animals help to guide us through tricky periods of growth, change, and rebirth, long-term spirit animals are there with us through thick and thin. Many believe that our long-term spirit animals are an aspect of our Soul manifested in animal form.”
“You think your pain and your heartbreak are unprecedented in the history of the world, but then you read. It was books that taught me that the things that tormented me most were the very things that connected me with all the people who were alive, who had ever been alive.” – James Baldwin
“Reality is, you know, the tip of an iceberg of irrationality that we’ve managed to drag ourselves up onto for a few panting moments before we slip back into the sea of the unreal.” – Terence McKenna
“On the eve of the election, burning pots of snake powder and chanting spells, hoping for a Biden victory, Time magazine published a monster feature, called The Great Reset.
The fabrication features bloviations from “leading thinkers,” all pointing to the need for a complete revamping of our world, because…pandemic.
Well, actually, because: the economic devastation and consequent ruination of untold numbers of lives.
In other words, “We crashed the world economy and stilled the engine of the planet’s production, using the pretext of a fake pandemic; so now we must remake all economies and governments.”” – David Icke Website Article
“The syntactical nature of reality, the real secret of magic, is that the world is made of words. And if you know the words that the world is made of, you can make of it whatever you wish.” –
